A Mystery Shopper Program can assist in identifying which aspects of a business may be underperforming required standards or where opportunities for additional sales are being lost. They can be adapted to incorporate your standard policy and procedure benchmarks.
We offer two types of Mystery Shopper Program:
- Mystery Guest On-site Evaluation – an experienced operator evaluates the entire customer experience, from the initial enquiry through to departure. It includes employee responsiveness, property presentation as well as quality of the product and service.
- Sales Team and Competitor Analysis – our assessor will contact your sales team and review their response to a request for proposal for a typical event. This can be combined with a review of competitor operations to benchmark performance and compare current marketing strategies.
